PRINCIPAL
David Parasol is the Managing Director of CT Solutions Australia Pty Ltd. A Chartered Accountant with over 20 years’ experience, David specialises in assisting family owned and emerging business enterprises. He has experience in accounting system development, including providing assistance with appropriate accounting software selection. Before establishing CT Solutions Australia in 2006, David spent over 12 years in Public Practice, starting his accounting career in 1994 with a small firm where he became an Associate in 1999. He has worked primarily in taxation and business services, with some exposure to audit and management accounting. As well as a wealth of knowledge in taxation matters, David’s also has experience in marketing and business development. He has been heavily involved in delivering staff training programs at all levels too. He holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from Monash University and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. David is a registered tax agent and a member of several professional bodies including the Governance Institute of Australia.
