David Parasol is the managing director of CT Solutions Australia Pty Ltd. Before establishing CT Solutions Australia, David spent over 12 years in Public Practice, starting his accounting career in 1994 with a small firm where he became an Associate in 1999. He has worked primarily in taxation and business services, with some exposure to audit and management accounting.
David spent his last 2 years in accounting working in a marketing and business development role and was heavily involved in delivering staff training programs at all levels.
He holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from Monash University and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. David specialises in assisting family owned and emerging business enterprises. He has experience in E-commerce and web based businesses and accounting system development, including appropriate accounting software selection.
David has been an accredited Reckon Accounts trainer for over 10 years and is experienced in using and installing several other accounting software packages.

Benji Szafran has recently joined the CT Solutions team as a senior accountant.
Benji has had 3 years of experience in the accounting profession, starting his professional career at Ernst and Young in the Audit Division, followed by 18 months at a smaller Accounting Firm, specialising in Business Valuations and Due Diligence Work.
He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Economics with majors in Accounting, Finance and Econometrics.
Benji is passionate about providing tax effective strategies to grow and maintain a profitable enterprise and has expertise in management accounting analysis, gained from his own small business experience.
He is a keen supporter of all sports – in particular soccer and AFL. Benji maintains a fit and healthy lifestyle so he can enjoy a good meal.
Annaliese has more than 15 years experience in both Corporate and Chartered Accounting environments in roles spanning Audit, Statutory and Management Reporting. Her broad experience is across various industries and types of organisations from not for profits, small business to global household names and Australia’s top listed organisations.
Annaliese has significant experience in performing internal and external audits, statutory reporting, technical accounting interpretation, application and day-to-day finance operational experience. She has a keen interest in process improvement to add value to organisations in meeting their ongoing finance, regulatory and compliance deliverables. She relishes the opportunity to provide tailored specific improvements and share her knowledge.
Annaliese is a self-motivated finance professional and energetic presenter. She has been involved with the CA Program from 2005-2011 as a focus session leader, reviewer of material, trial sitter of exams, marking extension projects and exams for the Audit and Assurance module; Financial Reporting module and Management Accounting and Analysis module.
Annaliese holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Finance) from Monash University and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
Trish Murrell is the Tax & ASIC Administrator at CT Solutions Australia Pty Ltd. Trish began working at CTS in May 2010 and had previously worked with David in a small firm since December 2000.
Trish has been working in accounting firms for a majority of her career since 1979 and has become proficient in her knowledge of Tax Administration and a user of Reckon products including Elite and Reckon Hosted and other accounting software packages.
She enjoys liaising with our clients and has a very good relationship with them and always endeavours to sort out any issues they may have with the ATO.
Trish has a great affiliation with the country and spends a lot of her spare time with her family and her grandchildren as they are a big part of her life.
Marlene Bronstein has been with CT Solutions Australia Pty Ltd since 2009 and has a great deal of experience working in and with small business including retail, the building industry and sports and recreation.
At CTS Marlene is the Accounts Administrator and deals with Accounts Payable and Receivable, uses Reckon Accounts on a daily basis and is also familiar with the MYOB accounting software.
Marlene also provides full support to David with administration of the Chartered Accounts program, liaising with both the firms and individual students and assisting the process of candidates achieving their aim of becoming fully qualified.
Part of the pleasure of working with CTS, Marlene enjoys helping the many and varied clients that use our services and aims to always provide a quality service; as well as working in a small and close knit team environment.
Marlene and Trish both look after the day to day running of the office in the way of Reception, Office Administration and staff requirements.
